    Every plan includes website and app templates, visual drag‑and‑drop editing, hosting and daily backups, QR menu generator, payment page builder, and 24/7 support.

    Higher‑tier plans add advanced analytics, priority support, and custom domain mapping.

    3. Which languages does Tiidon support?
    • The Tiidon dashboard is available in English, French, Spanish, and German. Content on your site or app can be created in any language you choose.

    • Right‑to‑left languages like Arabic and Hebrew are also fully supported.

    4. Can I automate workflows via API?

    Yes. Tiidon offers a RESTful API that lets you automate content updates, sync user data, and integrate with third‑party services like CRMs or email platforms.

    1. How do I sign up and access my dashboard?

    2. How do I update my account settings?

    In your dashboard, click your avatar in the top right, then select “Account Settings.” From there, you can change your email, password, language, and billing information.

    Yes. Under “Account Settings,” you can select your preferred language and region to ensure date formats, currency, and support content match your locale.

    1. How much does Tiidon cost?

    We offer tiered plans starting at $15/month for basic websites, $29/month for ecommerce and apps, and custom enterprise packages. All plans include a 14‑day free trial—no credit card required.

    2. Are there discounts for annual billing?

    Yes. Annual plans save you 20% compared to monthly billing. You can switch to annual billing at any time in your account settings.

    3. I didn’t receive my license key—what should I do?
    • First, check your spam folder for emails from noreply@tiidon.com.

    • If you still can’t find it, contact support at hello@tiidon.com and we’ll resend it right away.

    4. Why can’t I activate my license?

    License activation issues can occur if your domain doesn’t match the one registered at purchase. Double‑check your domain name and try again, or contact support for help.

    5. How do I request a refund?
    • Submit a refund request via our support portal within 30 days of purchase.

    • Include your account email and order number for faster processing.

    • Refunds are processed within 5 business days.

    1. How is my content protected?

    All data is encrypted in transit (SSL) and at rest. We also offer optional password‑protected pages and GDPR‑compliant data handling.

    Navigate to your project dashboard and click “Logs.” You can filter by date or error type and download the full log file.

    2. I forgot my folder password—what should I do?

    Use the “Reset Folder Password” link in your dashboard settings. We’ll send a reset code to your email.

    3. Can I import an existing site?

    Yes. Use the “Import” tool in your dashboard to migrate content from another platform—WordPress, Shopify, or a static site.

    4. How do I import my media library?

    Go to “Media” → “Bulk Upload” in your dashboard, select your files, and click “Import.” Supported formats include JPEG, PNG, SVG, and MP4.

    5. I lost my license—can you resend it?
